We have just purchased our first property through Jay, and had a great experience! Jay is so lovely, personable and easy to deal with. He was always available for my many questions! He also did such a great job to swiftly sort out issues we had with the property ahead of settlement. Thanks Jay!
We have worked with Jay Wu in both sales and rentals and he has never failed to provide an exceptional service. He knows how to get things done fast which is very valuable in real estate, and he understands the business and the markets very well. Very highly recommend him over other agents.
I’ve had 40+ years in the industry and it was a pleasure to deal with Jay . He went out of his way with some of my request . Always obliging and helpful. He did his Vendor credit in his method of negotiating. I can strongly recommend Jay and I wish him continued success .

If you are planning to sell your house don't miss talking to Jay. We can highly recommend him as a selling agent. We appreciated his approach to selling, providing very clear and concise information to both the buyer and us. It was a pleasure working with Jay.
Jay helped me manage my investment property and also assisted with the sale when the time came. The entire process was smooth, professional, and quicker than I expected. He was always responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommend his services!
